1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

• Ownership: Lucy Anne Lloyd Photography remains the sole and rightful owner of all images produced, whether digital or physical.

• Screenshots: Taking screenshots of any images (from galleries, social media, or previews) is strictly prohibited. This is considered a breach of copyright and theft of intellectual property.

2. Shipping & Delivery Liability

• Transfer of Responsibility: Once orders have been handed over to the courier (e.g., Royal Mail), Lucy Anne Lloyd Photography is no longer liable for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

• Service Delays: We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from third-party industrial action, such as Royal Mail postal strikes.
